Chili pumpkin soup


Ingredients
1/2 cup pure cream
4 tbsps unsalted butter
2 yellow onion (medium, chopped)
2 tsps minced garlic
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsps curry powder
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
45 ozs pumpkin (100 percent, or 6 cups of chopped roasted pumpkin)
5 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth for vegetarian option)
2 cups milk
