Fresh Fruit Salad sugar free

A Healthy fruit, Healthy Eating, fresh Fruit Salad sugar free,


Ingredients:

                            3 C mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
                                    3 peaches, nectarines or 6 apricots
                                       kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch slices
                                         1 pineapple, cut into chunks
                                              1 (10 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained, reserve juice

how to do it ?

1) Chop fruit and mix gently in large bowl.

2) Measure 1/4 cup of the reserved Mandarin orange juice, squeeze in the juice of the lime (apprx 2 tbsp) 
3) Pour over the fruit, refrigerate 1 hour or until well chilled.
