YOU NEED:
1 cup biscuits crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
16 ounces whipped topping
- how to do it ?
At first you have to place the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin
then
melt butter over low heat and add to biscuits
after that
press into a 21 cm pie dish that has been greased aluminium foil,
make it in fridge to set while preparing filling
for the filling:
beat cheese until smooth and add the condensed milk with the lemon juice,
stir in the drained crushed pineapple and poor into the prepared base
finally decorate with cream and enjoy the amazing taste.
