Peppercorn Steak Recipe

  • ingredients :
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 carrots, cut into chunky chips, skin left on
  • 1 fillet steak
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 125ml beef stock
  • 2 heaped tbsp extra thick double cream
  • 3 tbsp black  pappercorns
