Baked Vegetable Manapua


Baked Vegetable Manapua


All you need is:

1 package dried yeast
1 cup warm water (105 degrees F)
1 tbsp turbinado sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt and papper
3 cups flour 
3 tbsp butter

for the Filling:

2 cups finely chopped broccoli
2 cups chopped Chinese cabbage
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 cup chopped cashews
3 tbsp shoyu (soy sauce)
1 tsp turbinado sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sesame oil
