chocolate cake for world cup



INGREDIENTS:
2 cups white sugar

 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

85g/3oz cocoa powder

 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

 1 teaspoon salt

 2 free-range eggs

 1 cup milk

 1/2 cup vegetable oil

 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

 1 cup boiling water
