Noodles with beef sauce


INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 pounds of thinly sliced Steak {skirt, flank or ribeye to name a few}
4 tablespoons All Purpose Flour, divided
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 cup sliced Crimini Mushrooms
1/4 cup finely diced Yellow Onion
1 teaspoon chopped Fresh Garlic {about 2 small cloves}
2 tablespoons Butter
1-1/4 cup Beef Broth
1/4 cup Dry White Wine {Pinot Grigio}
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 cup Sour Cream
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
12 ounces Egg Noodles, cooked as directed on package
Chopped Fresh Parsley
