- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/3 cup very firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 Press-In Cookie Crust baked and cooled
- the glaze:
- 3 oz. bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 10 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 Tbs. light corn syrup
